A stunning pair of mid century modern table candle holders. The bridge type candle holder is a story of contrasts. Black sturdy metal versus delicately formed copper. Each bridge candelabra can hold four candles in copper nozzles, which have extremely beautiful fluted form. These magnificent candle holders are from the famous Swedish metalware studio 'Ystad Metall' and are designed by Gunnar Ander. Reminiscent of a longship in design, these are definitely Scandinavian pieces. The candle holders are in good vintage condition with only slight surface scratching to paintwork and copper. These candelabra would be a great addition to your collection or as a centerpiece when entertaining. Ystad Metall candle holders have regularly featured in design magazines and auction catalogues.
