A white porcelain candlestick bearing a illustration of a plant bearing the latin name Oxalis Acetosella. Better known as wood sorrel, witte klaverzuring, surelle, pain de cocou and/or wald-sauerklee. This candlestick is a hommage to the common wood sorrel and that is sometimes referred to as a shamrock (due to its three-leaf clover-like motif) and given as as gift on St. Patrick's Day. The candlestick is in excellent condition.
